The First Session of the Fourth Mobilization Conference of the Zhongshan Game & Amusement Association was grandly held at the Swiss Hall, the second floor of Haiyi Hotel in Gangkou Town, Zhongshan on July 10. Ye Weitang, the president of the association first reported the work to the 3rd Council of Zhongshan Game & Amusement Association, summing up the work and achievements of the organization in the last three years as follows：
Zhongshan Game & Amusement Association (ZGAA for short) has committed itself to constant self-improvement in accordance with laws and regulations since its founding in August 2007, the membership of which has expanded to 130, including manufacturers, upstream and downstream firms, operators and vocational colleges. ZGAA became one of the first batches of enterprises winning the honor of 5A Social Organization in Zhongshan at the end of the year of 2015. ZGAA has proactively performed duties and improved services to facilitate industry growth. It has organized 18 machine evaluations over the past 4 years, helping local enterprises with the equipment inspection of over 1,000 types of machines and 10,000 copyright registrations in the game and amusement industry and related industries. More than 2,000 kinds of machines were sent for inspection and registration and under the assistance of ZGAA, new attractions in Zhongshan have all been successfully certified with Cultural and Entertainment Business License. Numerous Exchange Seminars of Chinese Game & Amusement Industry and 16 professional lectures ranging from laws, finance, enterprise management to marketing were held to promote healthy and orderly development of the industry.
Promote the development of generic technology platforms to accelerate industrial development.
The Southern Base of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, Zhongshan Technological Center for Amusement Equipment of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and Guangdong Institute of Special Equipment Inspection and Research Zhongshan Branch were set up successively at Guangdong Game & Amusement Culture Industry City to better serve the game and amusement industry in and around Zhongshan. At the same time, various training courses were provided to more than 12,000 indoor amusement centers, posing an influential effect on more than 30% workers in the industry.Boost industry growth through professional exhibitions.
ZGAA has been consecutively hosting Zhongshan International Games & Amusement Fair for 12 years. The combined exhibition area over the past seven years has  500,000 sq.m and turnover totaled about 20 billion RMB (about 2.9 billion USD). ZGAA has also applied over 2.5 million RMB (about 357,250 USD) in subsidies for enterprises that attended international expos.

The organization, together with Zhongshan Culture Promotion Association established Zhongshan Financial Service Center for Culture and Tourism Industry helps companies find relief from financial distress.
The center has accumulatively financed enterprises in the industry to the value of about 30 million RMB (about 428,700 USD) in the half year since its establishment.
Promote good deeds and guide the industry to shoulder social responsibilities.
ZGAA has attended CiShanWanRenXing, a local charity event from 2016 to 2019, displaying a positive image and its members donated amusement equipment worth 160,000 RMB (about 22,864 USD) to Hualong County, Qinghai to build an activity room. Not only that, they also made large purchases from poverty-stricken areas in Zhaoqing, Fengkai, Luhe and Chaozhou and raised funds to build roads in Fuli Village, Huaiji County, Zhaoqing, South China’s Guangdong Province.
Subsequently, Liang Guoqiang, executive vice president of ZGAA delivered the Work Report to the Economic Responsibility and Finance meeting of the 3rd Council of ZGAA. Li Weiju, supervisor of ZGAA reported the Work to the 3rd Board of Supervisors of ZGAA. Finally, Xiao Guozhen, secretary of the Communist Party branch of ZGAA delivered the Work Report to the Party Branch of the ZGAA. After the reports, the General Election of the Fourth ZGAA Council was subsequently launched. After rounds of voting, they came up with the new leadership team. The list is as follows:
