Jointly invested and built by Xiangjiang Group and China Construction Engineering Division Co., Ltd., the Ice World of Xiangjiang Fun City finished its last truss on Nov. 26. In other words, the main steel structure was successfully capped and the construction of roof area comes to a close. With an investment at about CNY 12.3 billion by Xiangjiang Group, Xiangjiang Fun City covers a total area of 1,600,000 sq.m, and construction area of 500,000 sq.m. There are several core projects, including Fun Ice Zone, Fun Water Villa, Fun Ocean, Fun Street, Fun Plaza, and HBtown (H. Brothers Movie Town). It is the first world-class integrated tourism industry project with large scale and innovation. It started its construction in July, and will be opened in 2019 under expectation. Currently, the construction manpower is over 1200/day. In December, the stud curtain wall and the water park equipment installation will be finished, and the landscape project will be in full swing with great anticipation.
