A facelift at Casino Niagara in Canada has been completed with the reopening of the second level after a $3.5m renovation and a further $3.5m spend on new slot machines and gaming technology throughout the property. “Our mission is to provide all of our patrons with a world-class entertainment experience,” said casino president Richard Taylor. “Our investment in Casino Niagara is helping us deliver on that mission and with our new restaurant, poker room and next-generation gaming options, we are offering our patrons one of the most comprehensive entertainment experiences in southern Ontario.”
The facelift of Casino Niagara in Canada has been completed and reopened the second level.
The investment in renovations and improvements is part of Casino Niagara’s plan to attract both loyal and new guests, keep business strong and continue delivering on its promise of “just plain more fun.” New amenities include: a 275-seat sports-themed restaurant and bar with a 123ins HD TV and numerous additional HD TVs; a 24-table poker room that is currently hosting satellite events for the upcoming Fallsview Poker Classic World Poker Tour event, which takes place in February 2018; and a variety of new slot machines and the creation of an interactive gaming zone featuring items such as PlayStation and Xbox consoles, Golden Tee systems and immersive, skill-based gaming. “Today is the culmination of a lot of hard work by many from both Niagara Casinos and OLG and I would like to thank everyone involved in this project,” said Greg McKenzie, OLG’s chief operating officer. “The new gaming technology, newly designed sports bar and enhanced dining experience will help keep business strong, which benefits both the city and region of Niagara Falls. OLG’s commitment is to continue to make this community a better place to live, work and do business.”
