2017 China Game & Amusement Expo (hereafter to GTI Kuala Lumpur Expo 2017) is to be held in Tun Razak Hall 2, Putra World Trade Center(PWTC). It is co-organized by CCEA, CIEC, GTI China Asia Expo Organizing Committee, GZCESC and GTI Haw Ji Co., Ltd.

4. Pick up of exhibitors badges: Exhibitors badges can be picked up from July 19-20 at the entrance of Tun Razak Hall 2.
5. Reception dinner: At 18:30, July 21. At Pacific Ballroom, Level 2 Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur
6. During the show time, all staffs must wear the badges that distributed by the organizing committee. No admission without a badge.
7. Unless exhibitors received the permission from organizing committee, exhibitors shall not tear down or remove the exhibits before the show ends.
8. Exhibitors can only distribute their company materials within their booth. Exhibitors shall not distribute their materials out of the area of booth without permission.
9. All the power charge in show floor can only be used for one non-lighting machine. No power strip is allowed. If exhibitors need to link the lighting, they should submit application to official contractor. The hall will turn off the non-lighting power supply everyday within 60 minutes at the end of the show.
10. No registration from 15:00, July 23. The exhibitors move-out time is 16:00-22:00, July 23.
11. Release pass can be picked up at the exhibitor service counter from 15:00, July 23. Exhibitors can move the exhibits out of the show floor with the release pass.
12. Exhibitors shall not pick up their exhibits not until the show ends. Exhibitors shall monitor their valuables.
Tips:
1. There is a food court in Level 4 near Sunway Hotel. Near 20~30MYR/person.
2. British standard plug is used in Malaysia. |
