EAG International and VAE will take place on 17th-19th January 2017 at London’s prestigious ExCel exhibition centre. With show preparations now well advanced, the organisers of EAG International and VAE 2017 have confirmed that online registration is now open and are advising visitors to register early. Organiser Karen Cooke explains: “The registration process is simplicity itself; those planning to attend the shows just need to visit www.eagexpo.com and enter their details. A confirmation email will be sent, containing a unique barcode which may be printed or stored on a smartphone. On arrival, the barcode will be scanned and the badge printed,” explained Karen. “Early registration helps us to plan the facilities at the show and for the visitor, it can avoid delays in getting in to the event,” continued Karen.
EAG and VAE host more than 5,000 visitors from 60 countries, attracted by the prospect of experiencing the very latest products from more than 300 companies, along with unparalleled networking opportunities. Increasingly, EAG International and VAE have become a focal point for the trade associations and other groups that organise meetings and other events to coincide with the shows, ensuring effective use of time for those making the journey to ExCel. The After-Show Networking Event, taking place on the second evening, attracts more than 1,000 guests, eager to compare notes and catch up with the latest news in an informal, relaxed environment.
