“In order that gaming remains a game” is a slogan that has taken on an increasingly concrete meaning. Recently, training courses for trade members organized by Sapar (the Italian coin-op entertainment machines association, a member of Confesercenti) devoted to sector entrepreneur have been added to the communication campaign. The presentation of the initiative was held in the past few days. The courses, which consist in ten sessions held all over Italy, will culminate at ENADA Rome, the sector’s leading event, which will celebrate its 44th edition from Tuesday 4th to Thursday 6th October 2016 at the Rome expo centre. The exhibition is organized by Rimini Fiera. This event comes at a crucial time for the sector (suffice it to mention the expectations for the call for bids in the betting sector) and is a not- to-be-missed opportunity for the gaming world, not only to get to know all the latest in terms of products and discuss regulatory changes, but also to obtain information and benefit from training.
As underscored on the occasion of the press conference presenting the Sapar courses (held under the patronage of the Ministry of Health), Maria Cristina Perilli, the psychotherapist who will hold the training sessions, said “I think that sector members have a unique role to play. The gaming venue manager is there, he or she may know the customers and approach a gamer without causing the defensive reaction the former may have if approached by a health practitioner. And I have met people who are willing to talk and get informed, to have a constructive exchange”. Also over the past few days, Rimini Fiera launched the ENADA ROMA 2016 marketing campaign, which is progressing at full speed. The three roman days, which, as last year, will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, have become an unmissable event for all sector members, who are already expressing their interest. An interest that keeps on growing considering the expectations raised by the new regulatory and product changes concerning the sector. Changes will also involve the layout: the exhibition will take place in Hall 1, the area closest to the east entrance, a choice which will promote visitor flows even further. This year too the event is supported by Euromat and is held in cooperation with Ascob, Fidart and Anesv.
