Andrew Lee named as GTI's Global Ambassador

Guangzhou, January 16 - Andrew Lee has been named the Global Ambassador of GTI in a signing ceremony held on January 9, at the headquarters of the China Culture and Entertainment Industry Association (CCEA) in Beijing. Witnessed by Liu Jinhua, chairman of CCEA; Wei Jun, vice chairman of CCEA and chairman of Super Player Inc; Kong Ming, secretary general of CCEA; Thomas Liu, chairman of the GTI Organising Committee; and Ouyang Yun, co-chairman of the GTI Organising Committee, the formality of appointing Andrew Lee as GTI’s Global Ambassador was carried out.

Andrew will represent GTI in a series of international activities of the amusement parks and attractions industry. He will also interact with industry leaders and decision makers to expand GTI's global influence. GTI Organising Committee chairman, Thomas Liu said, "Andrew's professional background and international vision will bring unprecedented opportunities and value to the GTI brand. He will help us further realise the mission of ‘let the world see China's intelligent manufacturing’ and build the GTI brand into a series of leading industry events.”

“GTI Asia China Expo is a professional and energetic amusement equipment exhibition. We believe that Andrew will introduce international contacts to China and promote our mission and vision with his strong background and farsightedness, contributing to the development and prosperity of our industry,” said Liu Jinhua.

Andrew has more than 15 years’ experience in the international attractions and entertainment industry. He is the founding executive director and vice president of the Asia office of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). He previously served as the first corporate director of international development of Six Flags Theme Parks in the United States. Andrew is currently the managing director of Vietnam's NAVI Entertainment Group. As GTI Global Ambassador, Andrew said: "I am very honored to be the global ambassador of GTI. I believe that the vision and mission of GTI are of great significance in promoting the development of the industry, and I look forward to working with GTI to achieve our common goals." Andrew will endeavour to invite international buyers and exhibitors to participate in GTI Asia China Expo, which will take place in Guangzhou, China on Sept. 11-13, 2024. He also plans to organize a variety of events worldwide to enhance GTI brand influence, empowering it with global vision and greater influence.
