A new arcade center opened in Norway |
Today, let’s shift our attention to North Europe to explore an arcade center named Highscore Arcade. Highscore Arcade has opened in the Kvadrat shopping centre Sandnes, Norway, packed with the latest games and technology from Bandai Namco and Embed. Guests will be able to choose from a selection of the latest games, such as Minecraft Dungeons Arcade, Mario Kart and the World’s Largest Pac-Man. They can also pay using their mobile phone or game card thanks to Embed’s cashless technology.
Eirik Jacobsen from Highscore said: “We chose Bandai Namco Amusement Europe and Embed because their system is a proven product and offers us a flexible yet stable solution. The benefits of opening without coins and tickets allows us, as new operators, to focus on attracting players with the right promotions and benefits that can help build our business.”
Steve Short, management solutions general manager at Bandai Namco, said: “We are very pleased to be working with Eirik and his team to bring them not only Embed’s award winning SmartTouch readers and the new Kiosk+ self-service kiosk, but also working closely with our international sales manager Stuart Wood, and prize sales manager Darrell Simmonds to provide a complete solution for this new venture."
