The development trend of Cambodian family entertainment centers is bullish |
Known as the first family entertainment center in Kampot and Kep, Cambodia, it is currently under construction. This new family entertainment center covers an area of 5,500 sq.m and was built by Chris Alexander, a Briton who owns the Lux Realty and Development Company. According to the report, the location will include multi-purpose businesses, including a skate park, an outdoor pool, an adventure playground, games room and 17 restaurants. The new complex will be targeting both locals and tourists, said Alexander: “In Kampot there are a lot of local families who would love to enjoy going out and taking part in activities together, but most involve spending a whole day or weekend out or using a lot of money, which at this time is hard to come by during the pandemic.” However, in terms of future development, in the post-pandemic era, the development trend of family entertainment centers in Cambodia will continue to be bullish.
