The annual grand event of the industry - GTI Asia China Expo will be held in China Import and Export Fair•Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou from Nov. 9 to 11. The Future Concept of Cultural Tourism Area will be presented at the same time, which will lead the industry to make breakthroughs and innovations again. To welcome the great event, GTI Organizing Committee spares no efforts to to promote the expo and invite buyers, and exhibitors are actively preparing for it. The following is the schedule of GTI Asia China Expo, including the Move-in & Move-out and the schedule for exhibitors and visitors. Therefore please comply with the arrangement. (2021/10/22)

Notes:

1. Booth set-up must be completed by special design shell scheme exhibitors within two days; please arrange your schedule appropriately. 

2. Move-out must be completed by 20:00 on November 5. If exhibitors have to move out overtime, please submit the applications to the official contractor before 15:30 and pay the extra expenses.

3. Trade show floor open for visitors:November 3-4: 09:30 - 16:30 November 5: 09:30 - 13:00Please make preparations for the reception of visitors.

4. The trade show closes at 14:00, November 5; move-out is from 15:00 to 20:00, November 5, therefore please comply with the arrangement.
