London gets free-roam VR from Zero Latency |
The latest global location to add to Zero Latency’s growing list of VR installations is London, UK. Opening on October 26 at MeetspaceVR in Wembley's Boxpark, the warehouse-scale, free-roam VR attraction will allow groups of up to eight players to engage in games including Zombie Survival, Singularity or Sol Raiders. The 400sq.m arena in the English capital is the second location for Zero Latency in the UK operated by MeetspaceVR ,after its first venue opened in Nottingham last year. Both of them also provide VR escape rooms, Vive VR arcade and esports stations. The chain is expanding its reach to include sites in Manchester and Birmingham. Zero Latency, meanwhile, has completed the upgrade of the three of its existing venues internationally. Madrid in Spain, Melbourne in Australia and Las Vegas in the US are all now using use the company’s new technology, the Gen 2 Zero Latency VR System, which was developed in partnership with HP, Microsoft and Intel.
