According to the proposal that came from the mobilization meeting for project services of Zhengzhou International Cultural and Creative Industry Park, the Unique Henan Theater Park will be opened in May 2021; Jianye & H.Brothers Movie Town Cinema as well as the Zhengzhou Fantawild The Road of Revival Theme Park will begin a soft opening in June 2021; the second phase of Zhengzhou Shanshan Outlet Plaza is to debut in September 2021; and Zhengzhou Haichang Ocean Park also will start a soft opening at the end of 2021.

Reportedly, Haichang Ocean Park, based on the core elements of ocean and polar region, features an Ocean Theme Hotel, Marine Culture Recreation & Business Area, and three entertainment venues including Ocean Park, Polar Park, and Future World Exploration Park. Haichang Ocean Park project covers an area of 430,000 sq.m with 220,000 sq.m of floor space. It is planned to invest about $600 million and expected to be completed within 24 months. Upon completion, the park will be the leading ocean park in Central Plains and is expected to receive over 300 million visitors every year during the maturing phase. (2020/12, 193G)
