The signing ceremony of strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement of Guangxi province Liuzhou Industry and Travel Project was held in Wenchang Conference Center on the morning of September 7, 2020. On-site, the projects of Liuzhou River Snails Rice Noodle Characteristic Town theme park, Liuzhou Sports Complex project, and Liuzhou Children's Park were signed.

Liuzhou River Snails Rice Noodle Characteristic Town is located in Taiyangcun Town, Liunan District, Liuzhou, Guangxi province, with a total planned area of 5,250 mu (3.5 sq.km). The meeting room of the town was completed at the end of September. The sports complex project is located in the exhibition area of Liudong New District, with a total scale of about 3,000 mu (2 sq.km). The project aims to become the first attraction integrating a snow world, golf complex, and international leisure sports vacation destination in Mainland China, being the unique name card of the city. The children's Park is located in the east section of Guiliu Road in the central district of the city with a total area of 550 mu (0.37 sq.km). It is a children's park covering the whole industry chain and all ages built on the theme of famous animation IP. (2020/10, 191G)
