Chengdu Sunac Land, one of the eight attractions of Chengdu Sunac Cultural Tourism City, had a soft opening beginning September 5, 2020. As a world-class Shu culture theme park, Chengdu Sunac Land covers an area of about 515,000 sq.m, with a total investment of RMB 2.88 billion (USD 430.3 million). It features Shu culture as the theme design, including six theme areas such as Tianfu Shuadu, Shuhan Fengyun, Tibetan and Qiang Secret Realm, Interstellar Legend, Adventure Garden, and Cute Pet Town. A wide variety of entertainment scenes are popular across all age groups. Two international top-level shows - "Ma Xiu Three Kingdoms" and "Alice in Wonderland" on ice, with a production cycle of more than 3 years, also made their debut in the park for the first time. The world-class horse show, reproduces the loyalty culture of the Three Kingdoms while the Fantasy Ice Dance, interprets classic western fairy tales. Thousands of years of Shu culture and modern technology coexist here, and fashion sports and original art integrate here. Chengdu Sunac Park is becoming a new landmark on the Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor, which is to contribute to the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry in Southwest China.
