The launching ceremony of Henan Sunac Resort, the largest cultural and leisure complex project based around a core of ice & snow sports was grandly held in Henan province, China. The project is Sunac China Holdings Limited’s 11th Sunac Resort following resorts in Guangzhou, Kunming and other places. Once completed, it will become a new landmark of joy in Zhengzhou and a new famous tourist attraction in Henan Province.
With a total investment of 5 billion yuan, Henan Sunac Resort is located in Pingyuan Demonstration District, Xinxiang, Henan Province. It is planned to occupy 1,479,985 sq.m overall with 200,000 sq.m construction area in the first phrase. It is expected to be put into use by the end of 2022. There will be 8 major divisions including Snow World, Ice Park, Water World, Lakeside Commercial Town, Lake and Island Hotel Group, Sports Park, Waterfront Showground, and Water Sports. Among them, the well-equipped Indoor Ski resort Snow World is the largest of its kind in Central China with the highest drop, the most professional slides, and the longest run in the country.
