Wibit of Germany is best known for its floating ‘FECs’, linked obstacle courses in the water areas of seaside resorts. Innovative thinking, however, is required in difficult times such as these and the company has come up with the WaterMask, a face mask for people enjoying water-based entertainment. The mask is made of neoprene, is comfortable to wear and easy to open and close. There are slits on both sides to make breathing simple and when the wearer dives the mask fills with water but the drainage opening in the centre allows the water to immediately run out once the wearer has surfaced. It comes in three sizes, says Romann Rademacher, CEO of Wibit Sports. “This is a game-changing product and unique.
